The rooms were cosy with balcony, pointless window, for instance. The location was brilliant and awesome for us - right next to discos and pubs.

The unit we got was a decent size and cheap with balcony and a soft bed. The stuff was amiable and nice, everything was very good: D

We stayed here for 1 night, it was perfect for us. Hopefully the room was brand-new with creaking wardrobe as well as a pointless window.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was just a short walk from the pier, making it super convenient if you have a lot of luggage. Plus, it was close to the beach and nightlife, but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep without any disturbances.

The receptionist wasn't the friendliest during my stay. It would have been nice to receive a warmer welcome and more friendly service from them.

Cleaning was inconsistent. Glasses (wrapped in plastic) were dirty. Bed is very hard & bathroom is insanely small. When I advised the mngr that the bathroom wasn't clean when I checked in he didn't really understand & just kept asking if I wanted my room cleaned. This was not cheap but phi phi is an expensive island. I think a better room for the same price could be found but I wasn't willing to put in the time/effort to do so. Aircon worked well. Ok for short stay but not longer.

Convenient location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. We had a great time exploring the nearby attractions and the room was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

very friendly staff, helped us booking further transports. Room was big enough, we had a safe and hot shower. Free water and beach towels provided! Not far from the pier and viewpoint!

When showering, the whole bathroom was flooded. Bathroom could be a little more cleanly. During the night it was a little bit noisy

Lovely lady on reception. Literally 1 min walk from pier, 10mins from main bars which means no noise!

Rooms are quite small, there's no pool or breakfast but this is reflected in the price so you get exactly what you pay for - a good base at phi phi, comfortable with nice staff

The bathroom had a tench of rotted water. We were 3 couples in this hotel and all 3 rooms seemed to have this problem.

the suite was budget, included a sofa bed, a work desk and television. it had a fairly clean bathroom and a comfy bed. excellent and decent staff, we thoroughly enjoyed them all. location: the hotel was short walk to dozens of shops, natacha and tonsai pier.

The hotel had a key location close to the ferry, making it convenient for transportation. Additionally, the staff was friendly and spoke good English. They were prompt in addressing any issues, such as replacing a faulty safebox, which was a plus.

The room was on the smaller side, which made it a bit challenging to move around. The bathroom was also quite compact, with the shower uncomfortably close to the toilet.
